fantastic stay with a nice view
easy access majestic view helpful staff excellent guidance
the location was wonderful , providing easy access to numerous attractions. the bosphorus view from my room was majestic , offering an very nice visual experience. i especially appreciated the helpfulness and humor of staff members salih and mohammad. akif, the concierge , provided excellent guidance regarding sightseeing.
the hallway lights activated upon opening the room door , which could potentially disturb others.

the staff consistently demonstrated thoughtfulness , even surprising me with a birthday treat in my room , a wonderful gesture. emre at the reception gave a room upgrade. buse welcomed guests at breakfast.

i enjoyed convenient access to taksim square and istiklal street , facilitating exploration. the hotel's location offered connections to buses , metros , trams , and funiculars. a large variety of food was available at the breakfast buffet.

the breakfast offered a decent variety of options that were acceptable for a quick start to the day
the minibar fridge in my room did not function properly upon arrival it took considerable effort to get it replaced on the second day which was quite inconvenient

the room was spacious enough for my needs
housekeeping seemed rather inconsistent the mini bar was not refilled daily i also requested extra towels one evening which never arrived the hallway lights were very sensitive and would turn on easily which was inconvenient

convenient location easy taxis baklava shop room cleanliness unclean floors non-functional fridge
the location proved quite convenient. taxis were readily available. a notable tea and baklava shop sat adjacent to the hotel. the breakfast included excellent variety.
the room's cleanliness was subpar. floors seemed unclean upon arrival. i observed that the mini bar fridge was non-functional. it needed replacement.
